If you ordered the wrong size or are not satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help facilitate a quick exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure that your filters are in their original, unopened plastic packaging and free from any damage to qualify for a full refund.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the filters in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside to prevent delays in processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
